Terms of Service

Website use
By using realpestcontrol.ca you agree to these terms. The site is provided as-is, and we make no warranty about uptime or third-party content (e.g., Google Maps embeds, external links). We reserve the right to update these terms; changes take effect when posted.
Service engagement
When you book a pest-control service, you enter a separate agreement covering the specific work, warranty, and payment terms. The agreement is provided in writing before any treatment begins. Cancellation, rescheduling, and access requirements are documented in that agreement.
Warranty
Most residential treatments carry a 60-day warranty by default — if pests covered by the treatment return within the window, we re-treat at no charge. Warranty exclusions (e.g., new infestations, untreated areas, structural damage) are documented in the service agreement.
Payment
Quotes are provided in writing before treatment. Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial scheduled-service contracts follow their own billing cadence.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where Saskatchewan or federal law requires otherwise. We carry commercial liability insurance and disclose insurer details on request.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by the laws of SK, CA. We aim to resolve issues directly first; contact info@realpest.ca to start.
